Battery was out of stock but we were immediately informed. The wait was not too long and it was exectly what we wanted. Only comment was that the Credit card was actioned before the goods were shipped.
Despite a mixup where I thought I had only been given half my order. (In fact it was just sent as 2 separate items with the other battery arriving the next day). I was impressed with the speed withwhich my emails were replied to and the courtesy displayed by the staff I comunicated with. Good job.
