The battery seems good so far. If you wanted to make your service even better, I have 2 comments: 1) You provided a small tool for opening the screws on the IPAQ. This was very good service, however the tool didn't fit well and was too soft. It was unable to unfasten the screws until I ground it down. 2) Opening the IPAQ and changing the battery is not easy - it would be great if you provided some instructions.
