General:: The service was great and the battery performed to the level promised...The only issue was I could not track the shipment, and my emails to the company did not re-assure a first time buyer- but the company delivered as promised, and I would not hesitate to buy again.
About the product:: Battery is excellent, gives nearly 6 hours of running time. Great performance.
