I had cause to enquire about the order that I made, since it had not arrived a few weeks after I bought it. Customer service replied to me within 24 hours with a polite response. It was delivered late but I think that was down to our local post office rather than BatteryUpgrade.co.uk.

BatteryUpgrade.com had what I needed. Actually it was the only site I was able to find providing batteries for our old Fujitsu Amilo laptop. It was good service and delivery.
