Product was fine. It could have been made clearer that the product was being sent from Hong Kong (this is what my invoice tells me). Had I known that, I would have placed order earlier, and the product would have arrived in time for my holiday.
Good products and good after sales service. They do what they promise to do, even the "14 days not good, money back" works perfect.
About the product:
The battery was intended as a spare one for a digital camera. Unfortunatly, the new camera uses a kind of battery check algoritme and didn't accept the battery. So, I needed to return the product, which went fine.
