The batteries arrived about 2 weeks after ordering and now work well. The one problem is that one battery seemed a tiny bit too thick, squeezed the circuit board when the screws were finally tightened and disabled the touchpad. I had to create some spacers. And thank for the pens!
The service was entirely satisfactory. The product (a Palm TX 1150mAH battery) was clearly labelled. The specifications were detailed and easily available. The product description was clear. The sales process was also well designed. I placed my order with no difficulties.
About the product:
The company states that the order will be delivered within 5 business days. For me however it took 10 business days. I'm not complaining -- this is FYI. The 5 days' delivery time is probably to Europe or America; my shipping address was in Asia. This battery has a lower lifespan than the built-in PalmTX battery. Again this is not a complaint. That fact is clearly stated in the product description. I bought this battery because it is more reliable than the high-capacity version. The battery performs as expected and appears free of defects.
