About the product:
I bought a battery for QTEK 9100. You had 2 sizes - I was not aware, that the acutal physical size of the battery also was different. That could have been more easy to see.
There were some problems with the delivery, which turned out to be my fault, but they were delt with in a very professional and friendly way. This kind of customerservice is quite rare nowadays, to be honest!
